Volunteer In the Bahamas!

Are you a formal educator that has a whole summer of freedom and loves marine conservation? Want to spend a few weeks volunteering in the Bahamas in the name of reefs and environmental education? Well, look no further than the opportunity presented for the 2009 summer by Reef Relief.

Ten volunteers are needed for their Captain Roberts House Environmental Center on Green Turtle Cay with a minimum four-week commitment. I can’t really think of a better way to spend a summer month than teaching reef conservation to kids and adults. (And while I’d love to join in at the Bahamas, I’ll already be doing just that this summer!)
